- Health-related information you provide (such as care/health needs, nurse notes, and recorded vitals) where applicable to support care delivery.
- Photos and other user content (such as profile images, chat images, or care-related photos you choose to upload).
- Location information (if you grant permission) to support appointment features such as clock in/out location and location sharing in chat.
- Contacts (if you grant permission) to allow sharing a contact through chat.
- Device and diagnostics information (such as device identifiers and basic logs) to operate, secure, and improve the App.
Payments:
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Fygaro). We do not store your full card details. We may store payment status and transaction references to confirm bookings and reconcile invoices.
How we use information:
- Provide and operate the App, including booking and managing appointments.
- Communicate with you about appointments, account activity, and support requests.
- Facilitate care delivery between patients, nurses, and scheduling/admin teams.
- Process deposits and confirm payment status.
- Maintain safety, prevent fraud, and protect the App and users.
- Improve the App's performance and features.
How we share information:
We may share information in the following situations:
- With nurses and care teams as needed to fulfill appointments and provide services.
- With service providers that help us operate the App (for example, hosting, storage, email, and payment processing providers).
- For legal reasons if required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App and services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your choices:
- You can update certain profile information in the App.
- You can control permissions (such as location or contacts) through your device settings.
- You may request account deletion or data access by contacting us.
